Toyota is recalling the latest model of its Prius hybrid car in Korea to repair defective brake pads.
Toyota Korea said it will release a repair plan for the 3rd generation of its flagship hybrid vehicle as soon as it gets detailed instructions from the head office.
A total of 430 or so Prius cars have been sold in Korea since its launch here in October last year. Some 300,000 of the vehicles are being recalled worldwide, including 170,000 sold in Japan.
